Art to me is always intertwined with one's state of mind.
It starts with my ability to see more than what meets the
eyes and interpret that in my own way to capture and
freeze that moment on canvas. Art and creativity allow
us the liberty to turn a piece of white canvas into a 
fantasy, where the real and surreal can become one.
If the viewer can feel connected and be moved by what
is presented before his or her eyes, I believe I have then
attained my objective.

I enjoy painting nature especialy flowers ; be they in full 
bloom or withered. The beauty and charm of flowers, 
the infinite diversity and myriad of colours have always
been a source of inspiration to me. Fields os flowers are 
especialy breath taking. It is my hope that the panoramic
view in 'Lavender Field' is able to draw the viewers into
the rows of fascinating and mystical purple Lavenders 
and awake the sense of beauty, calm and peace in him 
or her.
